Rishikesh means land of Rishis (Monks). It is one of the most spiritual places by the River The Ganges. It is the world capital of Yoga and every year millions of yoga and meditation practitioners reach the land of Rishis to deepen their knowledge.
Anand Lok is just by the River, it is a perfect location for meditation practice, surrounded by nature, in a quiet atmosphere, run by a local family who cook local food with their own organic vegetables.
Venerable Phra John Paramai commonly known as Monk John, who once a pianist, a photographer, and a computer programmer, has become a Theravada Buddhist Monk for 10 years after finished his PhD in Telematics. Ana Laura Lloveras Ana was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She studied International Trade and worked in an international pharmaceutical company. However, she felt that something was missing from her life. She started her journey and traveled around in order to search for the "missing puzzle piece". By learning how to meditate, She has finally founded that the missing piece lies inside herself. She became Hatha yoga Teacher in 2012 and learnt Iyengar yoga with Usha Devi (Rishikesh India) for two years. She became meditation trainer in Thailand in 2014 and keeps training herself there every year. She has taught Yoga and Meditation in Ecuador, Dominica, Guyana, St. Lucia, Thailand, Spain and Argentina.
Kuldeep Singh joined Peace Revolution project in 2011 when he came across the online self-development program and attended the 'Global Peace on the Move-VI fellowship' in Thailand. He is a development consultant, social media influencer and passionate about meditation, social activism, youth empowerment and issues realted to sustainable development. He grew up in the northern part of India and is currently based in New Delhi. He has conducted various workshops and mindfulness trainings in more than ten countries in Asia and Pacific. World Peace Initiative helps him breakout the cocoon and begin the change from within while enjoying the beauty of life.

A reservation requires a deposit of 40% of the total price. The deposit is refundable if the participation is cancelled up to 45 days before the arrival date with valid reasons. The rest of the payment should be paid on arrival.
Note: There is no need to have experience in either Yoga or Meditation. We will make it for all levels.
