Rujira Srisamai (Noon) completed her bachelor’s degree from Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand. She has been practicing meditation since she was 10 years old. As she has a heart for volunteering, she knows that the world needs peace to ease the pain in life. She became Dhammakaya Foundation Staff in 2009-now. She has trained to organize meditation sessions and meditation mentor’s assistance. She had observed the other meditation sessions in Myanmar, Malaysia, Denmark, and Canada. Noon loves to do meditation because meditation can cool, calm, and clear her mind and make her choose to be positive rather than a negative point of view. Moreover, meditation makes her a creative person. She believes that when we create peace within ourselves, we can share it with others throughout the world.
