Update

Hi all! I feel I haven't been around the site lately—still meditating, and wanted to share what I've been up to and see your thoughts.
My peace initiative is still involving regular meditation gatherings at my home, like offline special ops, offered twice a week to make meditation regularly accessible to different people in my community. It is open to anyone (still spreading the word around).
I made websites:
www.iptea.wordpress.com
www.facebook.com/innerpeaceandtea

And I even recorded a meditation mp3 for my mother (at her request) and at some friends' request, posted it on my website at www.iptea.wordpress.com/meditate.
I'm wondering your thoughts if you get to try out the tape but moreso just wanted to share what I have been doing—I have enjoyed this very much. Not only am I meditating alone every day, but finding myself with friends and new friends, meditating and drinking tea.
I hope at the fellowship to find inspiration and ideas and direction with how to expand this peace initiative, spreading the meditation experience and finding ways to make it relevant in our lives.
Peace to all. Meditating for you and your happiness.
Max

Hey Max,is lovely to hear about the great things you do. Sometimes I think about the retreat and all of us together to find my sabai feeling, and I'm sure that somehow, all this work far away from me helps me to be in my center.

Lately I guided some sessions in portuguese and realized that after if, I fell my center easily and stronger, even I usually don´t go so deep in the meditation because I'm aware with the guiding. I would like to know how do you feel when you guide.. Thank you for sharing :) Keep shinning my friend, I miss your smile!
