Meditation... A Change In Attitude And Behavior
Meditation... : Before i started the mediation i tought it will bring inner peace only, i never knew it can change a persons entire attitude... But YES, it really changes behavior
Just after a week regular practice of meditaton, the ability of thinking with a relasx mind is developed, it really helps to think with a peacful mind, out of stress... and thats diffinanetly leads to positive change in Behavior.
I wish many people get mediation... and hopefuly the peace of world and people's behavior will change . :)
