Traveler, peace advocate, lifelong learner and citizen of the world. Fabiola is a language teacher and a social worker. Through one of her passions (traveling), she learned about the transformative experience of self-discovery by cultivating yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices several years ago. She believes in the importance of starting a self-development journey at any point in life to discover that happiness and peace lies within all of us, we just need the tools and the knowledge to access them. Fabiola is looking forward to supporting you in your own personal journey of discovery and understanding of the true potential that is stored within you. Last but not least, she is committed to working on social and environmental projects in Central America. She wants to bring meditation to communities in rural areas where access to these tools and opportunities are limited but very much needed.
