I used to fight and struggle, determined to do better. Then someone told me I need to detach from the problem and only after I feel detached to start taking action to fix it. I am practicing this now.

When I am in a "dark" period I try thinking of the days when I felt I was very centered, peaceful, and synchronized. And I remind myself to be patient even if I can't feel that way in the moment.
I also think back that everything is a daily practice, and that even if things aren't working the way we would like them to, just by sticking to what we practice, if it is good, it will take us back to calmer waters again.
Other times, I will think of the softness I get from good Inner Peace Time. And I learn when I am down sometimes that my mind tenses up and wants to run away. But just as we need to be delicate around a butterfly lest we scare it away, we can be delicate towards our negativity, be open and remain close to it, and a feeling of tenderness might help us deal with the present more honestly.
i want answer when some one is too much upset and fedup from life what can we do at that time ????
:) Meditate! Sometimes I wish someone appeared and shouted this to me. :)
Hi Riaz
If that person is someone you know, let stand by him/her and being a good listener. Good friend with compassion is needed in situation like that. When thing calms down and you are trusted due to your own calmness & friendliness , then guiding meditation would be appreciated.
Right understanding about life & the world could be adopted when the mind is getting calmer & clearer. I do feel compassion for that person, please give him/her my best regard.

I love myself and value my feelings. the best way is to communicate with yourself and find out the worth of the thing that is leading you down.
