I would like to share with you an activity from the Compass, a Human Rights Education manual, about Peace..
I used this activity in a Human Rights training I gave, to introduce a session of inner peace, because I believe that Human Rights and Peace are linked, and that Human Rights activists should find the way to inner peace, and I found it very interesting, so maybe you'll find it interesting and useful! (I just runned the activity and then an inner peace time.
