Mindful classmates

After I completed my 42 days of self-development, I was surprised yet again at the way the feelings of doing Special Ops; the session with my classmates was so completing in sharing this experience.  I felt that the time was right and that my colleagues needed a refreshing of the mind. So having the Special Ops was such an incredible space to be in with many of my friends. Although we had come from a break- I also knew that we needed to look at the new Term differently.

Knowing that we have a lot of readings assigned to our class sessions I know that the mind at times is not given a break.  Sometimes we neglect the fact that the mind is one of the most important parts of our body that needs a break. I felt that what I had learnt during my 42 days of self-development was good to share with my mates so that they can get an idea of what it is like to be mindful.

There is something peaceful about knowing that you can give your mind that break it needs for it to work better. I am so glad and I have so much joy that I cannot completely describe. I have felt my body disappear many times and one person also described this feeling in the session.

The Special Ops had six people including that came for meditation. Explaining how to meditate is always important and such was what Monk Ruben did. It was s much easier and I felt that even if you have not meditated before you can feel really good and the difference from a brain that just does not have a break or is not allowed to download sometimes all that has been loaded. That also includes negative feels brought on by stress and lack of focus in the studies. I felt that once we can learn as I continue to do and be mindful and learn to train your mind to relax and be free of negativity then we can become better human beings and share the peace from within to other people.

The Special Ops is also to share and hope that my classmates take this to the next level and find inner peace and strengthen their core mind. Three other people had not mediated before and this was an experience that they enjoyed and made them feel happy. I also explained that we would continue to work together sharing meditation sessions during the day and even just for a few minutes.

It brings enlightenment and better focus and lessen stress for what I have experienced since I started meditation. I feel lighter and do not take much to stress as can make sure my mind can empty al these negative feels. It is like just draining all the bad thoughts and ideas out of your head because they drain you. I have experienced much happiness and joy since become a peace rebel in making sure that I also center myself to the life I want to have- with inner peace.

I work with my computer centered, my readings centered so that I can feel what I am doing an also focus well to the way of peace. My room is also set up in a way that is central and I find that I feel better as well with I being clean and I can see clearly of my needs.

I am glad that my colleagues thought it was a great idea and that we can continue to do it and they are using the MP3 that I have shared to meditate often-starting with just a few minutes a day. I feel like I can build myself better with the refreshing mind that I have after meditation.

My Special Ops was truly a great opportunity and I am finding that I feel much happier having done this exercise. I just feel so much more to know that I can relate to people who are peacefully reaching out and that makes me feel so happy and enlightened. I would be a different person that I would not enjoy if-I was not part of PIPO.

I am at peace and learning better to control of my mind for the goodness of this world. Working towards goodness is not easy and starting from somewhere is effort enough and it can be spread to many people despite of religion or culture- finding peace within I for All of US. Peace OUT!
