Today I learn my frst lesson and my first meditation on inner peace. I am the begginer of my path to inner peace and selfdevelopment on the deepest level. What should I know or  do during the day or before meditation for being successful in a session? What can be usefull to use for suppor during meditation? At what time it is better to meditate and how many times per day and for how many minutes? Is it enouth to fallow the guide? Thank you for the help.
